First let me tell you about the gift He has for you to receive.
Jesus laid His life down, was Resurrected on the
third day. And lives forever. He did all this freely that we may have Eternal life, and have it to the full.
He has given us a way back to God, but we must accept His free gift!
For the wages of sin is death, but
the free gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord.
Romans 6:23
Because of God's oath, it is Jesus who guarantees the effectiveness of this better covenant.
Hebrews 7:22
If we say we have no sin, we are only
fooling ourselves and refusing to accept the truth. But if we confess our sins to Him, He is faithful and just to forgive
us and to cleanse us from every wrong.
1 John 1:8-9
They replied, "Believe on the Lord
Jesus, and you will be saved, along with your entire household."
Acts 16:31
There is nothing we can do to earn
the gift, we certainly dont deserve it. All the good deeds we could possibly do could not begin to pay the price for the gift.
God saved you by His special favor
when you believed. And you cant take credit for this; it is a gift from God. Salvation is not a reward for the good things
we have done, so none of us can boast about it. Ephesians 2: 8-9
What this means is that those who
become Christians become new persons. They are not the same anymore, for the old life is gone. A new life has begun! 2Corinthians
5:17
And anyone who calls on the name of
the Lord will be saved.
Acts 2:21
If you would like to begin your new
life now simply use this prayer as a guide and pray from your heart. Jesus is anxiously waiting to meet you! His arms are open wide.
Jesus, I know I am a sinner and my
only hope is in You. I ask You to come into my life. I give myself to You completely. I thankyou for the sacrifice You made
for all the things I have done wrong. I accept your gift You offer to me. Come and live in me today. Amen.
If you have prayed honestly to God
asking him to come in to your life, and repented for all that you have done wrong, you have caused quite a party in Heaven. You have caused the angels to sing and rejoice.
"In the same way, there is joy in
the prescence of God's angels when even one sinner repents." Luke 15:10
Congratulations! You have made a true
friend, one that will be with you always, in good times and bad.
